Directions:

1. Keep the head in a neutral position. Place the chin Panel of CER-O collar on the patients chin and fix the Velcro at the posterior side of the neck.
2. Measure the distance between the Sternal Panel and Sternum by placing the fingers between the gap.
3. If the gap is 2 finger distance, rotate the adjustment knob clockwise 2 levels to immobilize the spine. Ensure proper fit by placing the finger again.
4. For traction and severe spondylosis increase 1 more level.
