INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Decide appropriate size as per measurement chart.
Take the long strap, pass it through the plastic buckle in the posterior side & fasten it with the hook & loop.
Bring the strap to the front by pulling it diagonally across the chest, pass it through the buckle & fasten hook & loop.
The strap as well as the shoulder pad can be adjusted for perfect fitting.
