Disclaimers to be understood before purchase :

1. Consultation timing is subject to consulting Medical Officer Availability. Our representative will reach out to Purchaser to fine tune consultation timing ranging in between 9 a.m-4.30 pm, Monday-Friday Only.
2. A Prescription is not compulsory at the end of consultation if the consulting medical officer doesnt seem it fit to release a Prescription over a virtual consultation.
3. Post-Consultation, A Prescription if issued, will be a hard copy which may be collected via Walk in to Healthshoppe + Pharmacy  OR patient may opt to Purchase the item via upload the Prescription to  https://healthshoppe.com.my/upload-prescription-here/
4. Consultation Fees are non refundable.
5. Duration of virtual Consultation may last from 5 min to maximum 15 minutes (any extension of time is subject to courtesy of consulting medical officer).
6. During add to cart & payment process, please choose “Self Pickup” option to avoid any delivery charges for the teleconsultation service.
